Understanding and Improving the Employee Experience

Selkirk College will launch its second Organizational Climate Survey (OCS) later in the term. This survey is a chance for you to share—–anonymously—your experiences and perspectives to help shape the path forward. 

As you know, the college is in a challenging situation right now—we’re navigating the impacts of changes to federal immigration policy and the resulting labour adjustments while also launching a new strategic plan.  

These shifts bring both challenges and opportunities, making your input more valuable than ever.  

The OCS will gather information about our work environment by collecting feedback on areas that you have identified as important, and on those that may need improvement.  

We’re working with Selkirk Innovates and third-party vendor Discovery Research to run this important survey. We’re asking all of you to complete the survey, which will be open for two weeks starting later this term. 

Please keep an eye out for more details in the weekly newsletter. The survey is a great opportunity to make a difference in how the college operates on a daily basis. We look forward to your participation.
