Building a Culture of Respect
As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a respectful, safe and compliant workplace, we are introducing updated employee training requirements beginning in 2025. (For background, check out this story from September.) This January, all employees are required to complete the Respect in the Workplace training during paid working hours.
Our goal is to ensure every employee works in an environment free from discrimination, harassment and bullying. This training emphasizes creating a respectful and inclusive workplace, addressing workplace behaviours and strengthening interpersonal relationships. It is vital for upholding our organizational values and meeting regulatory standards.
For assistance or questions, please connect with your supervisor. The Human Resources team will monitor completions and record them in Unit4.

Information for Supervisors
Supervisors are responsible for scheduling this training for their teams, ensuring completion by January 31. Note that the training platform includes a separate module specifically for managers.
