Access Essential Privacy Training

As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, the college has introduced updated employee training requirements. 

This April, all employees are required to complete the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA) Foundations - Privacy and Access Fundamentals training during paid working hours. 

About FOIPPA Foundations

This introductory course provides a high-level understanding of FOIPPA and your role and responsibility in protecting privacy and managing information appropriately. It’s a short but essential training to help ensure compliance and best practices across the college. 

• All employees must complete the training.
• Employees will be required to email their completion certificates to HR. HR will track completions and update Unit4. 
• If you have questions, please contact your supervisor for guidance.
