The Shift Aims to Build Alignment and Capacity

Starting January 1, 2025, Student Recruitment will be moving to the Registrar’s Office from its current placement within the Communications & Public Engagement Department. This change is an opportunity to create additional alignment between the Enrolment and Recruitment teams and create opportunities for additional capacity and focused work within the Marketing and Communications teams.

To support this structural update, the college is seeking a new Associate Registrar, Recruitment, Admissions & Enrolment to provide additional capacity and expertise in admissions and recruitment.

Although the portfolio change will occur early next year, the transition is underway, including the hiring/posting for the Associate Registrar position. This timing will enable a lengthy transition, further supporting collaboration with the impacted teams.

Please stay tuned for more details. If you have any questions, please contact James Heth or Maggie Keczan.
