Lenovo Tiny-in-One Unit Return
IT Services would like to remind all employees that the final return date for the Tiny-in-One computers deployed during the pandemic is approaching.
Devices can be returned to the IT Services Helpdesk on the Castlegar Campus Monday through Friday between 11 am and 1 pm. The deadline for the final return is Friday, December 20, 2024.
To minimize any disruption to your workflow, we encourage you to discuss alternative remote work solutions with your supervisor before the deadline. These may include options such as purchasing a laptop, which requires an IT ticket purchase request and a work order.
Please note that the sooner the devices are returned, the smoother your transition to alternative solutions will be. Timely returns will also assist IT Services in maintaining their daily workflow.
Until then, you may continue using your Tiny-in-One computer remotely via VPN.
