 Are you interested in exploring college culture through the lens of gender equity? Marla Gonzalez Placensia and Theresa Southam—the Selkirk College Faculty Association (SCFA) reps to the Standing Committee on Women and Gender Equity (WGEC)—are forming a Gender Equity Community of Practice. It will be a community of practice of the Advisory Committee to Leadership on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Employees of all genders and from all employee groups are encouraged to join.

After the community has members, we will chart a course together to explore a gender equality culture at the college. Join us in this important work!
