Important Information for Your Records
There is a change to the way employees are now recieving their T4 statments. Please read the below letter from the Finance Department.
The Payroll office has been busy preparing the 2016 T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid slips for all our employees. Tax slips are now ready.
Please note, we will not be mailing out these forms to active employees this year.
To retrieve your slip you will need to access your employee self-service portal in Stargarden at https://ess.selkirk.ca/. There is also a link on our My Selkirk website, at the very bottom right, after you are logged into the website.
You will need to dig out your employee number. If you don't have this information readily available, please contact Amy Walters or Coralee Bryden in Payroll and they will be happy to help. We are standing by ready, willing and able to help you through this process.
If you forget your password, simply click on the green arrow beside "Forgot Your Password." The system will automatically generate a new temporary password for you. Instructions are attached for those that haven't logged in a while.
After you are logged in, stay a while, click around, and explore all the payroll information available at your fingertips!
The Pension Adjustment tax forms will be mailed out separately to all employees.
