Number of Complaints on System Log In and Moodle Access

Important Message from IT Services

 

A number of "complaints" have been filed with IT Services over issues with their system logins and Moodle access. This is a copy of the letter sent to all students this year in preparation for their return to Selkirk. I have also received copies of other information that was sent to students that contains contradictory information and has been the cause of the student's confusion.

If you have information that is being sent to students that is, in any way, contradictory to the information in this letter, please stop it from going forward.
