Selkirk College has a vibrant TESOL Program.

The theme for the conference is “Interior Designs: Building and Learning Communities.” The ideas of building connections throughout our communities is central to the conference concept since those in the profession work in areas some distance from the Lower Mainland.

The plenary speaker for the conference is Dr. Scott Douglas of the University of British Columbia and author of Academic Inquiry: Writing for Post-Secondary Success.

Selkirk’s Tyler Ballam is a BC TEAL regional representative and is heading up the organizing of the exciting conference.
