Feedback and Development Workshops Set for March

Identify your goals, set your objectives and find success

Selkirk College established a Feedback and Development Program (FAD) in 2011 that provides a process for employee feedback, planning and sets the foundation for achieving and acknowledging excellence at work.

There will be two FAD sessions this spring: one on the Castlegar Campus and one on the Silver King Campus in Nelson.

HR FAD workshops

This is a voluntary workshop open to all employee groups. The value of this workshop is to work with supervisors and employees to enhance ongoing communication throughout the year and to support employee development goals that align with the strategic objectives of the College.

The workshop includes understanding how to identify your goals, set your objectives, give and receive feedback and measure your success. In addition, the FAD allows college employees to ensure they have the skills to succeed both in their present position and potential future opportunities.

The workshop dates are:

  • Friday, March 14 from 9:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (Castlegar  Room L-14)
  • Wednesday, March 26 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Silver King- Room 16)

If you are interested in attending a workshop, please reply directly to workshop presenter Arleen Gallo.  Sessions are limited to 14 participants.
