Do you have children, nieces, nephews or grandchildren who would like to attend the Selkirk College Staff-Faculty Children's Winter Holiday Party at the Castlegar Campus? If so, please keep reading. This party is open to all Selkirk College employees, retirees and their families, regardless of home campus, union affiliation (or lack thereof). It will take place on Saturday, December 7 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in The Pit.
So what do you need to do?
1) By Friday, November 29, please contact Head Elf Linda Harwood – LHarwood@selkirk.ca - to provide the following information:
a) The names of all attendees(including kids, parents, grandparents, guardians, et al) and the children's ages.
b) The children should be a child/relative of a Selkirk College employee and should not be older than 12 years of age unless that tween or teen would like to help out as an elf. If so, please add this to your reply.
2) Drop off a clearly labelled gift from Santa for your child/children (valued under $30) to Leanne Reitan in the G-wing Renewable Resources Equipment Room by Wednesday, December 4.
3) Santa has requested each child bring a donation for local food hampers.
Crafts, live music, entertainment, food and drinks will be supplied by the College and Santa will be arriving via fire truck again this year.
