Opportunity for Students to Study in Japan

There is an exciting opportunity for Selkirk College students interested in studying in Japan, but time is running out to take advantage.

The Study Abroad department has announced that they still have some spaces for Selkirk College students to study on exchange in Nagoya, Japan for the Spring 2014 semester (March 12- July 7, 2014). Deadline for applications is November 20. This exchange opportunity is open for current students in any program or recent graduates.

Each student selected will receive a scholarship from our partner in Japan that covers most monthly living expenses. Students pay Selkirk's study abroad tuition ($900 +fees / semester). 

Interested students are encouraged to apply for an Ike Barber Pacific Horizons Scholarship ($1,000) to help cover some costs such as airfare and tuition.

Deadlines for this scholarship are November 15, extensions until November 20th will be considered upon student request.
