Get jumping with free drop-in volleyball

One of the great advantages to being a Selkirk College employee is access to fantastic recreation opportunities. As we head into the winter season, the gymnasiums at both the Castlegar and Nelson campusus have a whole slate of activies on the go.

One of the highlight activities this month in Nelson's Mary Hall gym is drop-in volleyball on Monday nights between 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Interest in this night is just getting going and they need players of all skill levels. So whether you want to dust off those Asics from your glory days in the '80s, are a regular player or just getting into the sport... come to the Tenth Street Campus for some great exercise and fun.

And in case you forgot, access to the facilities is free (other than fitness classes with hired instructors). So what you are waiting for?

Students and staff are free. Non-students pay only $3.50 for drop-in (punch passes, month passes are available) so bring a friend (or three).

Please pass this along to all the volleyball people out there. You know you are out there!

The weight room on the Tenth Street Campus is also open and also free for staff and students.
