Meditation at Noon
Sessions Running All Through Fall Semester
Spend your lunch break clearing your mind and getting a fresh start on the afternoon with meditation on the Castlegar Campus throughout the Fall Semester.
There are three 20 minute meditation sessions each week:
- Tuesday – guided meditation in Sentinel 221
- Wednesday – unguided meditation in Sentinel 219
- Thursday – guided meditation in Sentinel 221
Arrive at noon to help set up the room and begin at 12:10. After the session, feel free to hang around and discuss the practice.
These sessions are open to all staff and students.
