Carolina Ribeiro de Almeida

Raised with farm’s life simplicity, Carolina got her Degree as Agricultural engineering at University of São Paulo. In 1998, her first Leadership seminar based on Experiential Education in Colorado was a milestone. Since then, she has been an outdoors enthusiast as a mountaineer and whitewater rafting guide. In 2001 she was part of the first Outward Bound Team of Instructors in Brazil. With talent to encourage people’s growth, she has extensive experience with social projects and corporate clients as professional group facilitator.

After a sabbatical year in 2013, Carolina decided to live with her family in Nelson, opening new life perspectives.

Fernando Murray Loueiro

With a solid background in Graphic Design and the outdoors, Fernando became a Facilitator in the early 2000. He dedicated years as an Outward Bound Instructor in Brazil, and worked as a contractor for several consulting companies in the organizational development industry. After this experience he started his own business in 2003, building a company in Brazil blending experiential learning with group facilitation techniques.

Since 2013, Fernando is living in Nelson, and in 2016 graduated at Selkirk College with an Interdisciplinary Diploma of Peace Studies, Digital Arts and Business Administration.
