This event showcases the best talents and skills belonging to the finest cooking students in BC. Four student chef teams from Selkirk's Culinary program will battle head to head, as you are served by our second year Resort and Hotel Management students. There will be four courses from each team, you decide who wins.

$50 tickets will purchase a tasting menu of 16 dishes accompanied with wine pairings. $40 tickets are available to diners wishing to opt out of the wine pairings. All money earned will go towards student programs. Discounts are unavailable for children.
